The problem is that we have too many players like Rosicky. The front six yesterday were midgets who nearly all play the same

Somebody who has got off lightly on here since the final whistle yesterday - I'm struggling to remember if he touched the ball at all in his 71 minutes on the pitch.

It's a disgrace that he was given a new contract after spending two years on his backside...

the reason rosicky was given a new contract is because he is a good player, as he proved in 07/08 before he got injured he was on fire.

compared to the some of the other players in the first team i really could not find an awful lot to criticise in rosicky's game.

He's frustratingly inconsistent but worth perservering with imo

And Diaby is our only midfielder over 5'7 - ok this shouldn't be a reason for him staying but we need some power in that midfield instead of people who get knocked off the ball by people like Nani

Thought Rosicky did ok, used the ball well enough but struggled to impose himself on the game. That's the one thing he hasn't done so far this season for me

Rosicky has been one of our better performers in the last few weeks.

He's also an intelligent player, unlike a fair few others in our squad.

He should be played in midfield not attack as he can pass better from deep than Denilson or Diaby can pass.
