Hi.. i am one of the few survivors from the little used, or known Gary the Gooner forum ... which was unfortunately closed down yesterday .

I have only ever posted on the Sun on line and the Gary the Gooner sites ..considering both went out of business .. might make me a bit of Jonah

I am neither pro nor anti Wenger .. I am a big beliver in the board needing to get a grip on the Professor!! and I am very critical of Wengers backroom team ..

I am also hoping that Kronke sells to Usmanov very soon, and we see the investment we need to compete with Man City , Chelsea and Man U .. or we will see our beloved team playing to a half empty stadium as the "prawns" will follow the silverware, they always do !

I look forward to much discussion ..and hope you get my dodgy humour.

Hello, did they have a "famous Gary's" thread on the Gary Gooner site? I wonder if some of these were on the list.

No it was not my site .. i am Digger dan ... Gary the Gooner started his own site around 4 years ago when the Sun on Line forum became out of hand .. it had around 100 members but struggled to get new posters .. basiclly it ran out of steam as only around 15 of us regulaly posted .. so Gary decided to close it down .

the site is still there at garythe gooner.co.uk but the forum has been shut down.
