THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Blimey, anyone see the photos of Wenger's trip to Liverpool's training ground? He was clearly wearing an Everton blue jacket. Clearly, no fucks given by Wenger to his host, klopp.
Good on him.

I heard the mousers* also removed all the water bottles from the side of the training pitch as a safety precaution. :D

Wenger dislike for UEFA is there for all to see. World cup every two years. Disruption to UEFA run competitions. Also, supports the reason why he refused to win a UEFA competition trophy.

Apparently they do the exact same thing at Old Fartford with the wine bottles in hospitality whenever rednose attends a home game.

Has he got another book coming out? He seems to be in the sports news a lot recently. Was he harshly treated by media and supporters in his final years? It's all becoming a bit of a saga.

I went to the launch of his book, when I got to the front of the queue, just as he picked his pen up ready, I just grabbed the book and said ‘no thanks Arsene’, I want to tell everyone you NEARLY signed it……………c.unt. :barscarf:
