Still seems a little surreal to meswimmer1 wrote:There is talk of Suarez being allowed to talk to Arsenal see what a extra £1.00 can bring you .
Still, all will be revealed in time.

Suarez is a scumbag..Rooney's cheating ended the famous unbeaten run, he followed that up with a complete lack of respect in the Highbury return that season. Higuain is in Napoli for a medical apparently.. Seriously I am starting to believe Torres would be the best option but that isn't even going to happen.

I'll be amazed if Suarez joins us but will it be proof that Wenker isn't doing the transfers any more?

Suppose this can go here, watching barca v bayern and commentator siad after 40 mins he is disappointed with alex song, not doing engough defensively or going forward and looks slow, unfit and out of touch.....fuck me sideways talk about stating the fuckin obvious
Re: SUMMER TRANSFERS - Deals, Rumours and Buy/Sell Wish List
So we should pass up the chance of signing world class strikers due to their previous misdemeanors?Bradywasking wrote:Suarez is a scumbag..Rooney's cheating ended the famous unbeaten run, he followed that up with a complete lack of respect in the Highbury return that season. Just hope you don't moan when the 'clean' and 'well-behaved' Giroud is missing 5 yard sitters next season. Who needs world class strikers, they are *word censored*...

As Friedrich Nietzsche once said
“Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed.”
No matter what wenker does or does not do or achieve in this transfer window - the AKB Sheeple will still think he can do no wrong, for me the only right action he can now do is F*CK OFF.

In fairness, that's just as true for the Wenger Out brigade - no matter what he does or doesn't do, some people will always find a negative.OneBardGooner wrote:As Friedrich Nietzsche once said

I guess that's the point. Understandably (considering he's been here >15 years), some people's views on Wenger are set in stone and nothing will change that. If only the two opposing groups could just get on

Yep. Tbh even if Wenger goes out and spends £60m on top quality players this summer I'll still question why in his infinite wisdom he didn't choose to spend say half of that last summer. This idea that we save and scrimp, save and scrimp, save and scrimp until a certain point and then let loose on transfers is ridiculous - but although that's what the club has said I doubt it'll happen.g88ner wrote:In fairness, that's just as true for the Wenger Out brigade - no matter what he does or doesn't do, some people will always find a negative.OneBardGooner wrote:As Friedrich Nietzsche once said

Even if we won the league this year (not that I think it's a remote possibility) I still don't think it would justify our ridiculous transfer policy over the last half a decade because I don't agree that weakening ourselves every season before one massive splurge was necessary and that we should have instead maintained a moderate policy over the whole period. Anything short of that doesn't go remotely far enough to redeem him in my eyes.

And not to forget that our fabled 'world-wide scouting network' have found their main target in the exotic and hidden backwater of Liverpool.northbank123 wrote:Yep. the thing is I think weve gone past where he can turn things around,we desperately need a clean slate, even if we were to win the league next year Id still want him gone,he's old, deluded and is dragging us down,we don't want a dictator at arsenal,we need fresh blood, new ideas, just my opinionnorthbank123 wrote:Yep. Re: SUMMER TRANSFERS - Deals, Rumours and Buy/Sell Wish List
We shouldn't sign Suarez because, he will miss the first six games, because he will be targeted by referees and media, he is doing to the club that stood by him what many players done to us, and we despised them for it. We shouldn't sign Suarez because he is a racist, a cheat and obviously one who hasn't learned from his past misdemeanors (possibly because he doesn't want to) .1989 wrote:So we should pass up the chance of signing world class strikers due to their previous misdemeanors?Bradywasking wrote:Suarez is a scumbag..Rooney's cheating ended the famous unbeaten run, he followed that up with a complete lack of respect in the Highbury return that season. I crave big names and success as much as you and I recognise that Giroud etc are proven to be not up to the task , but I would not want Luis Suarez in the club I support.

I don't mind moderate AKBs. What annoys me are the extremists present on both sides.g88ner wrote:In fairness, that's just as true for the Wenger Out brigade - no matter what he does or doesn't do, some people will always find a negative.OneBardGooner wrote:As Friedrich Nietzsche once said

AKB extremist: "Where were Arsenal before Master Wenger? We were no one, nobody had heard of us. If Lord Wenger leaves, Arsenal are finished. Who else can replace him? Due to all the money in the game, we can't compete with other teams and get a couple of decent defensive coaches and collectively pay them half of Bendtner's salary. Give Saint Wenger the job for life. Real fans have patience!"
WOB extremist: "Arsenal are the biggest joke in football. Everyone is laughing at us. I truly believe there is a high possibility of us finishing in midtable this season. We should have never moved out of Highbury! Moving into a new stadium and naming it "Emirates" was Wenger's fault, not football's increased commercialisation and a need for higher revenue. Sack Arsene and get 'Arry or Tony Pulis in. I bet they'd do a better job!"

Higuain passed his Napoli medical.
That will be Napoli's 5th signing. Not including Pepe Reina on loan...
Can we add Napoli to the list of clubs that we can't compete with ?

Viera spat at a player...Pires dived......Merse took coke......Adams was an alcoholic.....Keown van nistelshit....Sammy pants down....we have to look at ourselves before shouting at others...but he has served his penalty...so he has to have another chance...but it will be at the Real counts...Bradywasking wrote:Suarez is a scumbag..Rooney's cheating ended the famous unbeaten run, he followed that up with a complete lack of respect in the Highbury return that season.
