Why would Schalke sell him domestically when he can go to England and not a rival?

If Draxler wants to leave Schalke but stay in Germany, he'll move to Bayern. Also Schalke previously sold Neuer to Bayern.

Firstly Gotze had a release clause. Secondly Draxler wanting to go to Bayern is completely different to Schalke wanting to sell him there. I'm not saying it won't happen but it was implied that the Schalke chief called off the deal because he'd rather sell to Bayern in the summer.

It seems that there was intermittent coverage of 'THE UNDATEABLES' on Sky Sports News throughout the evening.
