Citeh at home match thread.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Citeh at home match thread.

Well at least they were crap yesterday too, so we might not get a total rogering.

We'll probably beat them and all will be rosey.

1-3

Our paceless central midfield plodders will look a right pair of tools as Yaya Toure and chums sweep through us at pace

Of course - the international fixtures coupled with us having the busiest August of everyone will be the reason rather than the continual failure to address the shortcomings in the squad

after yesterdays embarrassing reverse, a decent manager would look at the tapes, work on citehs weaknesses this week and figure out how our very expensive talent can frustrate them and hit them on the counter with fast direct play.

but not wenger. same forward line, wilshere in for ozil.

City 4-1. Sanchez.

7 points off top after only 4 games, not that it matters in the long run

Defensively is where we will struggle in this game.

I think we can still get a scrappy 2-1 win

they won't beat us. They struggle at our ground. We usually get our passing a game enough to keep it away from their attackers.

But they'll take a point and win the league. I expect us still to be poor away from home against good teams, annihilated at Stamford bridge and the Etihad.

0-1 or 1-1 or 1-3.

As shite as we are playing, added to the players coming back from Interlull games "a liitle bit jaded", and our manager having no inclination towards preparing properly tactically against other teams, I can't see us winning this one. Might scrape a draw at best. :|
