As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Spurs obviously want to bring in Mickey Mouse as manager to go with their new elite franchise image

I'm sure some other desperados will take a punt on Yesterday's Man again
Not surprised at all - taken CL finalists and top 4 contenders grudgingly playing good football, to Stoke City plus 2 world class forwards
The man is an absolute busted flush and a c.unt to boot

I wonder if he was opposed to the formation of the Super League and that's why he finally got the shove?
They've had plenty of opportunity to sack him this year, so why now?

Official statement from the club is that football has evolved and moved forward, players have evolved and moved forward but Maureen hasn't.

Interesting timing before the league cup final. Wonder if it has anything to do with the European super league plans?
Or perhaps it’s just because he’s a *word censored*

Sacked again. It’s amazing how much money he’s made from pay-offs every time he’s sacked. Why do clubs keep giving him such long contracts?

I reckon it’s player power. I wonder if they’re thinking that Fat Tongue might stay if they win the cup and bring in a ‘top’ manager? Spurs without Fat tongue are a mid-table side

I know they are wankers but it shows they mean business, there’s another manager that we’ll possibly miss out on due to keeping Arteta, then again if Fat Tongue is going who’d want to manage the rest of that squad.
