With Saliba being recalled, Arteta needs to hit hard for Upmecano, DAZ or even someone like Romagnoli. No reason for anyone in their right mind on that Board to bring anything apart from CBs. Knowing us, we need defensive help but we go and get Volland.

With Granit almost signed for Hertha, that frees up a space and we can get either a seasoned CDM or someone like Tonali who is eyeing up his move from Empoli.

Contradicting yourself there buddy :?

Where did you hear that from ? My recollection of that deal is the same as mc's in that we had to loan him back for the season or they wouldn't sell him to us. Being honest I'm not sure I would bring him back now anyway - our defence is like a car crash and the last thing you want to do with a young inexperienced kid, is move him to another country and ask him to fix that mess as well as adapt to your new surrpoundings. If we signed this kid for the long term, then we need to ensure that we don't write off the kid for all time by throwing him into this mess

I know some people mock this paper as a source of integrity, but DB10 is a big fan and as such I would like to bow to our mod's beliefs 8)

Arsenal could move for RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano, 21, after new Gunners boss Mikel Arteta prioritised strengthening his defence. (MIrror)

Reports are that Eddie and Saliba will br called back from loans.

Im pretty sure thats not possible with Saliba, and i dont think Eddie has the fitness for the high press.

:D

The sun is clearly a very popular paper on Merseyside too. I guarantee if you try to buy one up there you won't find a copy (they are always sold no matter how early you get to the shops 8) )

I love how at the end of that article it says ''according to The Telegraph'' Quality journalism there :D
