It's a shitty corporate based team and full of 'yes man' to SK. No sense of urgency in taking action to make the club the top status it deserves. This is again because it accommodates corporate badge and as long as money is wrecking in from ST/Boxes they'll be fine.sk-gtfo wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 6:29 pmYeah we're f*cked. Emery should have been removed in the summer after the performance and results in the final quarter of last season, our board might have had a reshuffle but ultimately it is still just a bunch of bean counters, bureaucrats and people that just don't really care that much, Edu aside maybe.Rian1 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 6:22 pmSheffield United was about to make my weekend a bit better after what I watched yesterday and there it goes. Even a flop like Ole can get 3 goals out of this shit United team and meanwhile our manager can't get a decent game out of the team at HOME and against SOUTHAMPTON.
December is going to be very fun. A loss to Norwich and City are on the cards so December will be fun, to say the least.
We had over a decade of getting through the 'lean' years after building that coroporate shitbowl but now we're in a downward spiral towards perma-midtable mediocrity, seriously wouldn't blame anyone for acting like the guy below.

As a result, there is no Arsenal 'blood' or methodology to follow, plenty of history but reluctant to make changes to try and replicate the golden years. As shit as United might be, they are genuinely trying to make it a better club, plenty of spending talks (all might not happen, but 100m will be spent) and we have to fiddle with 40m budget. Bought a winger worth 60m (max) when our attack was already top 3-4 in the country and top 10 in Europe whilst leaving the back line as shit as a Ligue 1 team.
Hurts to say but we probably have the least 'our club feeling' in the PL/Europe. No atmosphere, no chants, nothing at all. Emirates is full of talk and watch game and every once in a while 'Arsenal Arsenal' bullshit. People go there to catch up, not watch football. It's a social status for them.
All the brain dead board have to look at is Leicester but if stubbornness runs through the manager and they like him, imagine how stubborn the board is. Unai is fit for the job.. if we want to finish mid-table.
