Seriously worried with our inability to defend under this manager, we're at home but they keep opening us up time after time

Oh for fuck's sake.
Re: West Ham -HOME - Sat. Aug 25th 3PM
It's the quality of the CB's a lot of the time. Mustafi and Sokratis are awful, no other words for them. We'll always struggle with them two in the middle.

In fairness to Bellend he did well for our goal.
Re: West Ham -HOME - Sat. Aug 25th 3PM
Have to say that no-one is more critical of the defensive side of our game than me, but our front 4 (bangbang, ramsey, iwobi and mikki) are utter dogshite today - I am really beginning to dislike mikki
Btw, I said it for morota's goal against us and I will say it again today, but cech's ability to get down for those low shots is fcuking disgraceful

I disagree TeeCee it is the whole defensive philosophy, slow CBs aren't a problem as long as they are covered, our whole defence has been poor for years, even before Mustafi and Sokratis, how may times did Kos/Verm/BVG and other get caught out in similar fashion.

Torreira needs to get down and suck some Dick Emery to get in this team.......

Mickey Tarragon has been poor to average for years now. He was the same at manure. He has good moments but too many poor touches.augie wrote: ↑Sat Aug 25, 2018 2:34 pm

I agree Muzz but I didn't say 'slow' CB's, I said poor quality. Adams was slow but his positional sense and reading of the game in general meant he was awesome. Our CB's have no real qualities other than a bit of effort maybe.

Agreed. We haven't had a real top quality DM for the last decade.GoonerMuzz wrote: ↑Sat Aug 25, 2018 2:35 pmI disagree TeeCee it is the whole defensive philosophy, slow CBs aren't a problem as long as they are covered, our whole defence has been poor for years, even before Mustafi and Sokratis, how may times did Kos/Verm/BVG and other get caught out in similar fashion.
