According to the Mail, #Arsenal fear Rob Holding will miss between three & four weeks with the hamstring injury that forced out of Saturday's game at Man City. https://t.co/HeROyOs1Er

He is the one player we have who can give the front players a kick up the arse, fingers crossed we are not rushing him back.

You are not a proper Arsenal player until you have had a minor injury unnecessarily compounded by stupidity. 8)

"The defender missed Thursday’s 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace after complaining of tightness in his calf."

Mikel Arteta has confirmed Pablo Mari will miss Arsenal’s clash with Newcastle United on Monday and he could be out for “a few matches” too.

Run it off you fucking baby!!

What's the matter with these pathetic little mommas boys?

Treble injury boost for Arsenal. Jurrien Timber progressing “remarkably well”, Martinelli hamstring injury is a minor tweak and Partey is surprisingly ahead of schedule too. Partey pushing to be ready for City, but club want to be cautious and give him the international break.

Not missing him in the slightest imo. I'd take him as the deep sitting centre mid and push Rice into the Havertz slot (which I can't see happening), but it will be lunacy if Partey comes back into the full back position and Gabriel is dropped. One would hope that Arteta would have learnt his lesson with that daft idea, but I fear that he has the Wenger gene and can't be wrong. Hope not.

Yup! Rice was awesome last night,he was everywhere. He reads the game well, cuts out passes besides making them, I only recall one mistake last night. He has made a HUGE difference to our midfield and is like the missing link between our defence and our attack.

Rice is a complete DM....amazing how he cuts out so many threats...providing a shield in front of the defence..reading the game so well..tireless unseen worker doing the dirty work

Great signing....wish i could say same about Harvartez

Where Gilberto was dubbed “ the invisible wall” in that he did a lot of work that went unnoticed Rice is the “visible wall” all he does is seen, noticed, obvious.

If we had him in place last year we would have won the league by closing out the games we were ahead in and threw away points.
