Fuck. Anfield was like a morgue until then.

Sokratis didn’t jump :banghead:

Laca and Reiss to come 2nd half.

Sokratis jumped, but not high enough

Why is douzi on a centre back for free kicks and corners ?

Celballos has to go at half time, and xhaka should be subbed NOW - bring in torreira and laca

Fuck me , I would think we have had 20% possession. I have never seen as look so shite , no chance of retaining any possession.

Firstly, that coverage was shit, no close up coverage, no replays and a 3 second delay :banghead:

Willock and Ceballos look overawed but everyone else has worked really hard - Anfield was quiet.

We’ve had the opportunity on the break to be level.

A bad miss from Super Nick :cussing:

We are frustrating them, but we have got to keep the ball better when get it back.

I’m still hoping we can get a draw.

Thought we did ok to be honest until the goal.

Ceballos not up to this match unfortunately.
Pepe still not 100% but looks promising.

Just got to admit they are a class above at the moment, but we need to get Lacazette on and give them something to think about

Um, i wouldn't point that out too loud because in the replay Papa has a hold of VVD across Dozer, he pretty much got sandwiched between them :rubchin:

Anyway shit half, seeded most of the possession and most of the territory to them and spent most of the half embassassingly chasing shadows, but in saying that both Pepe and Auba should have made more of the breakaway chances than they did.

I would have Ceballos and Willock off at some stage and maybe PA14 for Laca at some stage

Ceballos was fucking awful. Xhakatard was worse. And fucking Pepe bottled that one on one horrifically.

This poxy mouser team are beatable in midfield and down the wings if you set up right and don't have utter shit in your midfield like fucking Xhakatard. :censored:

Tbh if we keep playing that pass across the back four shit from goalkicks we are gonna fucking give these cùnts a freebie.

Yeah - he wasn't great. I'd like to see Torreira in his spot.

I didn't mind the tactics as we seemed to be dealing with their threat from wide places during normal play. However, I think that Laca would have been a better shout than Aubameyang as he would have been able to hold the ball up a bit. Pepe should have scored, so we did have a couple of chances, but unfortunately as an attacking outfit, we weren't great. Now, Liverpool can sit back and soak up pressure, so I'd expect some changes at half.
