Apart from the goal it has been a poor first half, both team are playing shite, xhaka doing his best to give them an advantage, I hope Emery gives them what for in the dressing room. BM are there for the taking but we are doing Fook all to take advantage of that.

I don't understand wtf we are doing - tearing into them and pressing them early on and they were all over the place, and now we have slowed the tempo down to snails pace and allowed them back into the game (albeit that they have created nothing). Our passing was fast and slick, and now it is slow lazy passing. Is it arrogance that has caused us to drop our tempo thinking that game was already won ? We havea chance to put them to the sword, and pepe is looking lively and working hard for the team, and now our front 3 have gone out of the game cos we are slow moving the ball.

Its a long season. Those two are coming back from long term injuries, and Torreira struggled physically at the end of last season.
