Strange selection from Freddie today.
Why anyone would play Mustafi I don't know.
Kolasinac too is an odd decision when we have a proper full back that we paid 25m for in Tierney.

Freddie out!

Freddie deserved this reinstating Mustafalarf and Xhaka. All donkeys including Luiz. None of them have any quickness about their legs or speed. Luiz' legs are gone and Xhaka never had them Zero defensive midfield cover today either.

So disappointed with Freddie, he’s shown in one game that he’s a complete muppet. He’s taken ‘playing the old faces regardless of performance, 70th min subs and the ‘strong mentality’ bollocks in his post match interview straight from Arsole Wenger. Is this what we’ve become? Managed by a shit Wenger clone FFS? :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Calling it "strange" is being extremely kind to Freddie - it was a horrendous team selection, and I suspect he would have got pelters from the Gooners at the game were it not for his history as a player for the club. If I was one of the power brokers in that boardroom, I would be spending all night tonight and all day tomorrow on the phone ensuring that we have someone half competent to manage the team for the next game so that we don't have to look at that starting line up together ever again

Pepe didn't start cos he hasn't looked good at training ………..

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football ... a-benched/

How shit must torreira be training is that swiss turd is being picked ahead of him ?? Surely if a centre back even watches training it would be enough to start him instead of the useless c.unt that is mustafi ??

Today was one of Xhaka’s better games. And he was absolutely turd. Off the pace, would have given them a goal were it not for world class save from Leno, lazy tracking back for the second goal and butchered a golden opportunity in the first half when they passed it straight to him 30 yards out.

Just don’t get how anybody who watches Arsenal can pick him. Torreira isn’t any better than decent and he isn’t fit enough, but he is streets ahead of that clown.

Leno outstanding and if any stat sums out what a complete shit show we’ve become it’s this -

Bernd Leno has made more saves (56) than any other goalkeeper in the Premier League this season.

I saw that stat just after half time so it’s doesn’t even take into account the shit load of saves he made towards the end.

That’s fucking grim reading.

Let's face it, Aubameyang will leave at the end of the season unless we get a proper manager in.
He will go even if we do.He wants CL football and to play for a team that has a chance to win things so that rules us out :barscarf: :barscarf:

Mate, next year it will be worse,

Honestly if Auba and Laca fuck off (and why wouldn't they) we could become Sunderland. Not hyperbole, honesty we are that bad.

Terrifying to think about what position we’d be in if you took Auba’s goals out of the equation.

We have played the bottom 3 sides so far we have got 3 points out of 9 and been lucky to get a draw in all three of them.

Chambers was playing for Fulham last season what the fuck is he doing at Arsenal?.He's just a slight upgrade on Jenkinson. Wenger paid £15m for him remember(thanks Arshole)
There is a reason why £35m Mustafi is still at the club its because no club is mad enough to take him off our hands.
Why do you think Lampard couldnt get Sideshow Bob out the door at Chelsea quickly enough? He has never been a good defender but he got away with it playing with Terry Tiago Silva and Cahill now he is playing alongside Sokratis and Mustafi we are seeing the real Luiz
At any other club Xhaka would never played another game for that club but not Arsenal. Put aside his swearing at the fans just look at his shit performances for the last 3 and a half years. We paid £35m for him(thanks again Arshole)
Ozil the lazy fucker. The only good thing Emery did at the club was to bomb him out. He saw he couldnt give a flying fuck. But Emery the coward brought him back. Its strange that the Ozil fan boys havent mentioned since Emery brought Ozil back for the league games we havent won one.By the way he is on half of what Lionel Messi earns yes the Messi who scores 50 goals a season and has 30 assists. That contract was given to him by Wenger of course. And of course we still have another two years of paying him £18m a year

Enjoy your sunday evening

Not quite the bounce we wanted but Freddie's only had one day and he ain't going to shake up anything in one session.

Totally suspect line up, however, I look at ot like this. The players who were perhaps taking the piss out of Emery in training sessions, as has been widely reported, Freddie has gone and put them in the starting line up and told them to prove themselves. They failed spectacularly. Will he give them another chance?
Guendouzi appears to have forgotten how to make a challenge. Needs a rest, or some guidance.

Shout out to Leno who has undoubtably been our player of the season so far, and hats off to him he has actually improved.
