14 years since we last won in their in the league despite the best efforts of agents Moyes, Van Gaal, Maureen and the little goblin.

I do hope Arteta rests our superstars on Thursday night, as we will need Mustafi, Xhaka and Lacazette to win us the game

We will scrape a 0-0 or 1-1

Ceballos will spin round in more circles than Ramsey ever managed and Xhaka will slow the game down to a pace that even Lindelof and Shaw find comfortable

Since the little prick took over Utd have won 37 penalties in all competitions.

We’ve had nine in the same period

Having said that you need to get in to the opposition’s box to win a penalty

Hmmmm..... they are shite, we are sh- ah you can do the rest yourselves.

Who knows? They are so rampantly fucking shit we could win 3-0. In other news we are so rampantly fucking shit they could win 3-0.

The decider will of course be attention-whore Jasper the man utd legend and cheating fucking cuntlord. If ever there was a poster boy for the word "cùnt" it's this abysmal fucking spunk stain on the arsehole of mankind. :censored:

I'm going with 2-1 to them with their winner coming from the obligatory Jasper penno. :censored:

They started the season horrendously and reached peak shitness when they got dismantled by the scum but just when it looked like Ole’s time at the wheel was up they went to Paris and beat PSG which steadied the ship.

They’ve looked impressive since, especially when they destroyed Red Bull last night, so it’s not a great time for the Banter Bus to be rolling in to town Sunday (when is it ever? our record there is fucking horrific).

We need to win, simple as, doubt we will though

There certainly won't be 3 goals from us - take out the Fulham whipping boys, and its 5 goals in 5 mindnumbing, tedious games for us. I doubt the super coach will manage to pick a side that has 3 shots to be honest.

Prepare yourself for another doze in front of the TV.

The only '3' stats we will see in this game will be:

3 touches of the ball for Auba in the first half while marooned out on the wing
3 offsides for Lacazette
3 gormless giveaway passes in his own half from Xhaka
3 pointless substitutions - now I'm guessing here that the players involved might include Maitland-Niles, Pepe, Nketiah, Lacazette, Willock and Ceballos
3 poppadum wrists parries from Leno

Luckily we managed to swat aside Dundalk without needing to play our star man Lacazette, and a much needed rest for Auba ahead of him playing left wing back on Sunday

Hopefully spinning round in circles hasnt given Ceballos vertigo for this one

Again I think that's harsh on Hleballos mate. Sometimes that spinning around in circles thing will result in the ball going sideways (gasp!) to a team mate and that can be very distracting for an oppo player that has just watched Hleballos pass backwards 34 times in a row. 8)

Will be the one and only time this season you hear the commentators talk about how solid Man United look at the back - Maguire and Lindelof to be made to look like Beckenbauer and Moore in their heyday

The less initiated guest commentator (whoever she is) will sound genuinely stunned when it gets to 73 minutes and we haven't registered a shot on goal

The ultimate confidence boost for De Gea

1-0

90 mind numbing minutes from the Roy Hodgson school of football. There will be a little flurry for 10 minutes at the start of the second half, so by all means set your clocks for then. Otherwise feel free to walk thr dog, cut the grass and paint the fence

Willock has now had one decent game in midfield which means he will almost certainly be dropped for one of his other Robot Wars buddies

That damn Eddie pinching a goal will have to make way for the gormless King of the lazy offside himself, the 50m snip that is Lacazette

For the first time ever in a match thread you’re about to read the following -

we really, really need sideshow to be fit for this. If he’s crocked and it’s Mustafi then it’s up the bum for us.
