It's been good play from the lads today. They have 3 youngsters playing behind Lacazette and all are putting a shift in. It is also dragging others to do the same. I actually saw Xhaka press.

Everyone has been saying to play the Martinelli, Smith-Rowe and Saka and they have been pests with their pressing.

In comparison, Werner - how much did they pay for him? He has put in a performance worthy of Pepe.

That wasn't the worst half we've had this season. Definitely more impetous with Martinelli and ESR, yes they've made a few mistakes but still more entertaining than watching Willian and Pepe do fuck all :rubchin:

Most enjoyable 45 minutes for months - and its 3 kids, Martinelli, Saka and Smith Rowe at the heart of it all

If El Beige hasn't worked that out for himself then he's more stupid than I thought.

Get Partey in behind them when he's fit, get rid of that useless pansy Ballerina and buy/produce a proper RB and this team could make it into the top half (always thought 8th/9th was their mark).

If he goes back to picking fucktards like Willian, Ceballos, Mustafi etc to go with the Ballerina, he deserves all he gets. Get Balogun in next too swapping with Lacazette rather than Nketiah

Absolutely

It doesnt take einstein though to predict that martinelli and smith rowe will not be starters in this team for long, and pep's cone boy will talk about protecting the younger players by not over-using them  :censored: :censored:

No Luiz, no Williwanker, no Mustafi and 2-0 up. Perhaps there's something in that, eh?

Martinelli has moved more and closed down more players in an hour than Pepe has done in 18 months.
