I’d have gone even further and rested Auba and Saka too and completely fucked it.

I suppose with the amount of games Auba missed due to his mother being ill there’s some justification in playing him and trying to get back amongst the goals after the horror show Thursday night but there’s absolutely no need for Saka to be out there.

He’s now our most important player and seems to play every single game, I’d definitely have sat him out of this one.
