We'd all be in heaven if this snowballed into changes at our club!
Re: European Super League announced
My son told me that on twitter a protest is being organised for Friday against Wiggy .I think he is getting mixed up with the S L trophy parade.

At this stage I hope we hold out for as long as possible to build up the anger against Kroenke.
This could be the one chance to get rid of him

Re: European Super League announced
So this league: years in the making and planned by some of the biggest sports teams in the world and backed by some of the richest men in the word. Announced two days ago and then two days later two members say “oh we’ve changed our minds”. Just like that. And that’s the end of that. Because Gary Neville and a couple of other pundits got pissed on Skysports? Because a few journalists wrote about “greed gone mad”? Because the local politicians/FAs made a few threats?
So it was announced with no contracts signed? No Plan B let alone Plan C? No lawyers on standby?
It doesn’t quite add up.

Re: European Super League announced
As soon as there were rumors of two clubs pulling out I KNEW it would be those two. Was the whole thing a masterplan by the ultra billionaire owners of those two clubs to royally screw everybody else over? Cleverly writing in a sneakly worded get out clause for themselves that they knew they’d utilize once the rest were in it up to their necks? Makes as much sense as anything else.

Henry Norris will be turning in his grave. He didn't pay all those bungs over 100 years ago for this sh!te. We may not be good enough to be in the top league, but we are quite prepared to pay for it.

Jordan Henderson with a statement on behalf of the Liverpool players saying they don’t want it and their commitment is with the supporters.
