Alan Miller

I’ve just read on an Arsenal Facebook page (not the official one ) that our former keeper Alan Miller has passed away, only 52.

If true, that’s very sad, I remember him well, seemed a very nice lad :(

shocking, i follow him on twitter he works at Holkham Hall estate in North Norfolk and tweeted every few days about his work events and at times about arsenal and middlesboro memories. he was a proud gooner. i havent been on twitter in a couple of weeks as been on hols, so will have a look now at his feed.

so sad.

Really sad news , was a good keeper as well but spunky blocked his path for us , was loved by boro fans.

How sad - I'm sure he was there as a young fella, suited and booted on the bench on that magical night at Anfield in 89

No age at all

I was just thinking about him at this very moment jumping about in the grey suit hugging Gary Lewin and looking so happy and excited with Steve Morrow on the touchline at the end. In all the photos with that dodgy barnet and so much a part of the club. I remember a quote from him when it was the tenth anniversary of that wonderful, beautiful night. Something along the lines of: "Worst suit, worst haircut but best coach ride home ever."
