The question on Arteta is when not if he will be sacked. The gap between the expectations from the fans and what we can deliver is too big. Also the next *word censored* who says Arsenal fans need to moderate expectations needs to be fucking hung. How many times has this argument been levied upon us - that we must moderate expectations. First we shouldn't expect to compete for the league, then dont expect to finish in the top 4, then dont expect to compete for the top 4, then dont expect to finish in the top 6, to know we shouldn't expect to finish in the top 6, to know what? We cant EXPECT a top half finish?

Actually I do expect to compete for the top 4. And if Arteta cant deliver, then he F off until we find a manager who can. We need to get an attitude back of expecting higher outcomes. When Gary Neville tries to temper our expectations, he needs to be told to shit the fuck up. Because he wouldnt put up with this shit at Man United. So why should Arsenal fans. Gary Neville: "Because Arsenal are not Manches'.........FUCK YOU *word censored* I EXPECT A TOP 4 CHALLENGE.

Just looking at Arteta makes me sick. Fucking greaseball

That is not necessary - Yes, he is out of his depth - Not Good Enough etc - But that has nothing to do with his race/colour/ethnicity - and That "Term" is "Racist".
Jet black hair that looks perpetually wet can be of any race or nationality.
Bullshit mate. The term "greaseball" when aimed at a Spanish, Latino, Hispanic or Mexican etc person is racist and you know it. We have clear rules on racism. I'm giving you a warning. Everyone gets a chance on here. But you use any more racist terms and you'll be getting banned.

It was a definite foul on Leno and also should have been a pen on Balogun first half.

However Leno (and the defence) got everything they deserved from that long throw. Nobody protected the keeper, pussy Mari failed to dominate his box by winning the header and Leno just stood there like a massive vagina while he was being pinned to the spot.

No other keeper would have tolerated that shit, push the player away, scream at the ref, show that you’re being held, over exaggerate the contact, whatever, but just do something for fuck sake instead of standing there mute being held and taking it like a little bitch.

Leno was on course to win our player of the season award before he picked up that injury at Brighton the season before last, he was absolutely outstanding that year. But since coming back into the side last season he’s been fucking abysmal. Shocking in the air, terrible with his feet and he looks a complete bag of nerves every time the ball comes near him.

He needs to be bombed out ASAP and a proper replacement brought in. Look at how the signings of Alison and Ederson revolutionised Liverpool and City. They binned out substandard keepers and brought in guys who can play it out and keep it out - Leno can do neither
Great summary of Leno mate 8)

Of course, the last paragraph…. We had a goalkeeper on our books who would have been our Alison/Ederson and we sold him on the cheap to Villa.

Horrendous error of judgement not to stick with Martinez and it’s still hurting the team a year later. We struck gold by having Martinez on our books (homegrown and FREE) and in true Arsenal style, we royally fucked up and now we’re desperately scratching around for what will inevitably be a more expensive, inferior replacement.

Forget Ramsdale, White, Odegaard or Maddison; £40-50m should be offered to Villa to get Martinez back. Of course, Villa would quite rightly turn it down because you don’t sell class goalkeepers. They’re too rare and too important.

Did I dream that shit last night :banghead:

Arteta 7-2 favourite first manager sacked

Rumours around Arsenal that Lacazette and Aubameyang were dropped after Arteta was not impressed with their attitude in training, therefore the players relationship with Arteta has turned slightly sour. #AFC #Arsenal

From Tony Adam's book 'Sober' that I am currently reading.......and this pertinent quote came up exactly now on page 279

"....but there is a snobbery about defending in the modern Premier League, particularly when it comes to long throws and high balls. People don't see it as the sexy side of the game. Call me weird, but I do!"

Just fucking basic defending!

I would love to know his thoughts on our current batch of defenders and the coaching side of our (so called) defending...Keown as a pundit / media person has bottled it and continues to not make any critical comments - at least from what I've heard - But TA4 usually calls it like it is.

I would imagine that legohead will sooner rather than later realize just how badly he's managed things, If he's lost Auba and Lacazette as reported then the rest of the team wont be far behind, their most likely gone already...bar clive and bellend.

Once a manager has lost the dressing room, its only a matter of time.

With neither player making a comment on social media before, during or after last night’s debacle they’re either both in a coma or there’s been a falling out.

Arteta only survives binning off the senior pros if he gets results on the field and that’s already gone down the shitter after game one. If there’s a rift in the dressing room, as there now seems to be, he’s a dead man walking because he’s lost the players, lost the fans and the losses are about to rack up.

Last night I said he wouldn’t make November, I’m now revising that to October.

It was so much better when they didn't produce a league table until after the third match had been played. But given our first 3 fixtures can they wait until the 6th game has been played, we might have some points on the board by then.

Blimey O’Reilly things are bad if even perpetual rose tinter Nos89 is struggling to see the positives

Dont go over to the dark side Nos89, there needs to be a balance between good and evil on here, or we are all doomed.
