fixture changes for tv.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

fixture changes for tv.

Post by A11M11 »

Not sure if this belongs here if it doesn't put it where it should be.

Brighton & Hove Albion v Arsenal
Saturday, October 2
Kick off: 5.30pm (originally 3pm)
Live on: SKY SPORTS

Arsenal v Crystal Palace
Monday, October 18 (originally Saturday, October 16)
Kick off: 8pm
Live on: SKY SPORTS

Arsenal v Aston Villa
Friday, October 22 (originally Saturday, October 23)
Kick off: 8pm
Live on: SKY SPORTS

Leicester City v Arsenal
Saturday, October 30
Kick off: 12.30pm (originally 3pm)
Live on: BT SPORT

So both home games in October are non runners from Norfolk , so two tickets will be up for exchange.

I don't get it, why are they changing the Saturday games to Monday & Friday??? It's not as if we have a tight schedule as if we were in Europe or anything. :?

Why not use your tractor??? :D

I'll leave it here mate. We can post any of the other 400 rescheduled for TV matches here.

Money and TV company power have fucked the game. How did it get to the stage where TV dictates to football what happens and when? Rhetorical question there kids. Steeped in my burning angry piss. :|

I have a feeling that Arsenal will be playing a lot of Monday & Friday evening games this season. On the upside, the weekend won’t be spoiled.

You won't be taking the piss when it snows and we have to dig you out.

Anyway what's the congestion charge for a combine ?

I remember the song we used to sing against Ipswich away.
"I can't read and I can't write but that don't really matter ,
as I can do what you can't do and that's drive a tractor".
It made me laugh as I could drive a tractor that I once lost control of and took out the back of the tractor shed on a golf course.
