I'm still at a loss why so many people in the world of football can't see Xhaka for what he is, managers, pundits and fans continue to sing his praises.....it utterly baffles me :banghead:
Several ratings had him 8 out of 10.....stating he had an excellent game, fuck knows what they were watching?

We’re playing as a team, not a bunch of average individuals which is what we before!
The defence in particular look like they’ll fight for each other all the way now, before when it was Bellend, Luiz and Leno, it was all arseholes who think they are better than they are, other than Tierney.

Keep Pepe out the team and fuck Xhaka off, sell Laca and Eddie then sign a couple more midfielders and a decent striker and we will be a decent young team getting better and better……..hopefully!!

He did have an excellent game - he didn't get sent off, and he got injured.

Ramsdale looks full on all the time....hes got a great attitude.....hes a winner
Bang n just what we needed in Goal¬! IMO...

The road might be a tad rocky ahead, but if we can keep this back five in tact for a good period of the season, then that will do our chances of a top six finish, a realistic prospect!

:) :barscarf:
He’s done well, and I think his save from Kane and the shot he tipped onto the bar wouldn’t have been made by Leno, don’t think Leno is tall enough to have got to them,I think he’s one for the next 10 years

Agreed that back 5 is looking a whole lot better, all of a sudden (to be fair it was a disgrace we stuck with the previous dross for so long)

With a good run we can make a top 6 finish

I now usually watch games in silence, without much emotion when we score or concede, but I couldn’t help myself yesterday but say “ you stupid f’ing c*nt “ out loud due to him

Lokonga didn’t deserve to be dropped for him

Fantastic result, made better by watching it with my Spurs fan dad.

I said to him at half-time "Arteta's in game management is non-existent, so I suspect you will get in the game more as it goes on." I wasn't wrong. Very disappointed by the last 20 mins of the game, as it made them look better than they were. We should have gone for six, to be honest. Granted, we didn't need to do anything in the second half, but we let them back into it a bit more than needed.

Eitherway, WE BEAT THE SCUM 3-1! :barscarf:
