Wenger DOESN'T Know

Wenger DOESN'T Know

Post by Bring Back Pires »

If you get rid of Henry, Bergkamp, Vieira and Pires and replace them with Adebayor, Bendtner, Hleb and Walcott, then you can't expect to win the league.

There was money available at the start of the season and in the January transfer window, but Stubborn Wenger decides not to do anything. Time for him to go.

I don't think it is time for him to go but I agree that he is very stubborn and should have signed proven players. He is trying to make a miracle by winning the title with youngsters.

What the hell are you talking about? Wenger didn't get rid of Bergkamp, he retired for Gods sake.

Yes i am pissed off aswell but if he goes ( God forbid) who the bollox are you going to get in????????
Martin Jol?????
Have a day off pal, yes he wont strengthen the squad when we most need it but getting rid of Wenger would invite the rest of the league to take the piss out of us every Saturday with a sub standard manager.

This is a tiny bit reactionary!

It's not time for him to go, but the summer is time for him to spend. Bring in QUALITY & PROVEN wingers and a goalkeeper.

Too many times it's been said that "next year will be our year" - well it won't. We desperately need some summer signings - people who are proven at the top level

Little over a month ago, we were 5 points clear at the top of the table, and in a position to go 8 points clear. Eduardo gets injured, and we draw the game.

We're now 6 points behind the leaders just over a month later. Aside from Eduardo, the players are the same. Except for the return of Van Persie, who strengthens the squad. The manager is the only person who can be blamed for loss of form.

When Wenger won us the league in 2003/04, the commentators on the last day said that we should now go on to be the dominant force in football.

But instead, Wenger sold/released all our top players, arrogantly believing that anyone he brought in would replace them. He's been proven to be wrong. In the last 4 seasons, all we have won is the FA Cup. That's not good enough. It's time for Wenger to leave. I'm betting that another manager could prove more successful.

Wenger to go? - Absolutely NOT ! The way the papers were talking pre season we were mid table no hopers but we proved them wrong. Yes we are out the title race, not a good situation to be in and mentally i just hope it doesnt ruin our champions league campaign! But overall yes i agree regarding signings , Out the door would be Adebayor, Gilberto, Hoyte, Dojurou, Lehmann and Eboue at least and buy couple of top class players to relieve the pressure on the younger players coming through!

He will get us through it...

Madness madness madness. Have you taken leave of your senses. Wenger to go. Get a grip. Have you forgotten what he has and looks like he will achieve?

Bet you any money next season (provided Flamster stays and we add a central defender and a winger) then we will be right up there AGAIN.

To suggest when we have had the season we have....WE ARE STILL IN THE FRICKING CHAMPS LEAGUE PLUS THIRD IN THE LEAGUE AND NOT COMPLETLY OUT OF IT YET.

Fucking get rid of Wenger. Crazy man. Absolutly crazy. I do accept though we need stengthen in ther summer...and not the best 15 year old avaialble!

Man what sort of a Gooner are you? we lose a game and you want half the team and our manager lined up against a wall and shot.

Wenger is still a quality manager.

He just needs to learn to SPEND THE MONEY!

Wingers and a goalkeeper, that's all.

Oh, and maybe make subs more than 15 minutes before the end (or if at home 5 minutes!)
