This is the very first time in my life that I have decided NOT to vote.
It doesn't matter which party politicians are in. They are not there to look after your best interests. They are there for their own gain and fame. *word censored*, the lot of them.
The expenses scandal showed them up for what they are. And the arrogance they have shown, during the public backlash, just defies belief.
Our country will be fucked for the next decade. Look at Greece. We are going to get some of that. Hopefully not as bad.
Amazingly, in Britain, house prices are STILL going up. People in good, well paid jobs can't get a mortgage. Madness. In 1989/90 prices were permitted to fall to a sensible level. Negative equity or not. During THIS recession the government was hellbound on keeping the housing market artificially high. Result is likely to be a massive collapse. When shit hits fan.
Mis-management.
The next lot will be equally as bad.
