It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Irish actor Frank Kelly, best known for playing Father Jack in comedy Father Ted, has died aged 77.
Kelly had been a veteran of the stage and screen for 60 years.
As well as appearing on the Channel 4 sitcom Father Ted, Kelly had more recent roles in Emmerdale and Mrs Brown's Boys D'Movie.
He revealed last November that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, although he said he would continue to work.
Kelly had received the all-clear from bowel cancer in 2011. He was treated for skin cancer last year and also had heart problems.

Saw him one time in Dublin Airport back in 2001. He was strolling across the concourse with 2 Aer Lingus stewardesses linking either side of him. If you've been in Dublin airport you'll know how crowded it gets. To see the whole crowd part to let him through was brilliant. I recall he was wearing a very stylish tweed suit and a dashing cravat. :D 8)

RIP Father Jack. :(

Johan Cruyff.

A legend of the game, and the best player to never win the World Con.

Dies aged 69 after a fight with the big C.

RIP.

Saw him at THOF in 1970. Fairs Cup semi. 8) 8) 8) Very sad. He smoked like a chimney though, which probably had something to do with it.

Before my time Chippy, but I love watching old legends on YouTube.

He was something else even though, as you say, he smoked like a chimney (as did many greats of the game). A true modern great.

Hup Holland.
