WBA HOME GAME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Mouth watering prospect for a game ,sold my tickets for this one weeks ago and fully intend to go down the pub and see who gives me a free one before politely declining !

Dont expect the actual in house attendance to be more than 40,000 !

as I said earlier I am beginning to think supporters like yourself are playing into the clubs hands by not showing up.
why don't you go into the stadium and tell Wenger to fuck off instead of telling a TV in a pub?

When I do attend I support the team for 90 mins , I even find it hard to boo at the end.
Whilst I want Wenger gone I dont see making an idiot of myself a top priority ,whats your excuse ?

Not having a go at you personally, but that is why nothing is happening.
People want Wenger gone but don't actually want to do anything for fear of "making an idiot of myself".

But surely with that kind of mindset then Wenger gets to stay forever?
Wenger decides when he wants to go - and he will only go if the fans turn on him in large numbers.

if you are happy with that then fine.

WBA will come and put two banks of 4 deep in their own half. We will start the game at a pedestrian pace endlessly passing the ball around but going nowhere in a hurry. We will be lethargic, disinterested and unmotivated throughout but just before half time and in the middle of me googling how to do a DIY lobotomy we will score and miraculously go in at HT 1 nil up.

The second half will be more of the same vomit inducing dross, tip tap, tip tap, over and back. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. On the 70th minute mark we will make two subs, Giroud for Welbeck and Ramsey for Iwobi and then we can all sit back and await the inevitable equaliser that will occur in calamitous circumstances. L'Asshole will then use all his 30 years experience and throw on Walcott for Coquelin in a desperate attempt to find a winner but the game will fizzle out to a dull boring draw and the limp dicked wonders will shuffle off to mild discontent and a few boos from the selfie stick army :barscarf:

just the idea of us playing a tony pulis team at home in front of a disinterested crowd of 45k tourists and 500 dull brummies in an end of season match that will not have any bearing on the season, with wenger's style of play on a thursday night gets me so fucking pumped up.

in fact, my pulse is racing so fast right now I think I'm having a heart attack. better lie down

It’ll be Rondon’s turn to be made to look like the greatest striker who ever lived.

Whilst the big useless lump Olsson will take on the Bobby Moore role as the game is played out at a snail's pace in front of him. Put in the file marked "Carrick and Blind"

Dear Nick and Rob .
I dont give a flying fuck what you think of me , I know I'm a cun t ,but you have zero have right to pass judgement on me !
I am actually getting sick of people telling me what to do or think in terms of our endless monitony at the coporates stadium.
I actually don't think there is much to be done short of a full scale old school riot ,but since Im not prepared to do it ,I havent the right to advocate that others do !

Hope we get hammered, and watch Wenger lashing out at the media, and reaching for his book of excuses. "well eh, we faded a bit physically, after playing four days ago".

Fair comment, each to their own..... i actually think Wenker will be clinging to the door frame at the Emirates exit with his bony hands crying rather than leave that £8 million a year...
