Protest by wearing national shirts to Arsenal home matches

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yes lets do that! Everybody should wear international shirts to matches to represent the country they want to have on show....do you know why this is such a good idea? Becasue the TRNC (whose illegal flag is the whole reason for this controversy) do not have an international football team...therefore they cannot be represented. Cyprus has a football team so all greek Cypriots can turn up wearing shirts from their home nation...whose flag IS recognised...Fantastic!

I think what should be asked is why the flag that represents the so-called 'Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus' doesnt have a football team, is not officially recognised by the international community or why this Turkish military occupation has been repeatedly condemend by the European Courts of Human Rights.

Does anyone actually care or will they just go by any means necessary to get the England flag back??? Even if it means letting the ground become a political rally.
