Saw that as well and the Spanish commentators were talking about it with humour.StuartL wrote:The stream I'm watching showed plenty holding the Time for Change sheets of paper and zeroed in on one that had Wenger 12 years of excuses, Raneiri 9months and a championGoonerMuzz wrote:Not sure how it looked in the ground but on TV they should 3 guys with small banners and one big one, bit of a damp squib

On a positive note Giroud is scaring the life out of the Norwich defence

I was actually surprised at how large the protest was, based on the empty threats we've heard in the past. Could anyone really have imagined back in 2004 that this would all end up with a noticeable portion holding up signs telling Wenger to fuck off out of our club? Even though it wasn't the entire stadium, a lot of people's eyes will have been opened today.
The Sky commentary was awful. And the problem isn't the empty seats - it's the civil war that is dividing fans when they should be as one.
And, as big a problem Wenger is, it's the 40,000 total c u n t s inside the stadium singing 'One Arsene Wenger' that will keep me away from that shithole of a ground even when AW is long gone. I can understand him being a money-grabbing dictator who doesn't want his power taken away, but I can NEVER forgive these plastic fans, who have only known Arsenal under Wenger, keeping him in power.
Fuck this club, I'm officially done with it.

Commentators really have laughed off that protest.
Massive chorus of "There's Only One......" as well, shows that the AKB are unfortunately still the dominant proportion, I really thought the pendulum was starting to swing the other way.
I think most of the fanbase are happy on a matchday just to see some intricate passing about , trophies are secondary.

The one semi-sweep they did there looked like a lot of placards.
However thre commentators were amused because it wasn't a full protest - as though people were expecting 50000+ fans to join in. Sky underplayed it before, during and added in a dose of "be careful what you wish for". Watching some of our mongs in the crowd sickens me.
Not like there's anything worth watching on the pitch. Dire.

Anyone listening to a stream with Lee Dixon on it? Without trashing Wenger, he is making some very good points, especially talking about team spirit.saying that taking selfies when you have one decent win is not showing team spirit.
