Away Support Today

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Away Support Today

Post by Gooner92 »

Our support today was tremendous, well done to those that travelled up, even with the game being a dead rubber.

another 20mins + singing "we love you Arsenal"at the end becoming a bit of a habit, sunderland tried to drown it out but couldn't and gave up, we just got louder the longer it went on...brilliant

few of things;

1) absolutely disgusted with the number of empty seats, at least 250!!!

2) i sat down for the first time at an away game the amount of old, boring bastards was unbelievable and for long periods of the game the atmosphere was equal to the emirates.

3) the last 20 mins was brilliant.....We love you Arsenal we do, we love............................ for at least 20 minutes sunderland fans couldn't believe it.

4) that mist was fucking freezing when it came over from the North Stand!!!!

Saw it on football first last night. Brought back memories of being at Old Trafford. Fabulous support from the travelling Gooners.

Don't talk to me about train cancellations :roll: Apart from that had a fantastic weekend. Had to change in the car in arriving in sunderland though as the sun had gone even from Durham :roll:
