He's a good young player, but already an established international.

It would show everybody (Sanchez and Ozil included) that we're ambitious and,

if one of them went we'd already have an acclimatised replacement.
So spending £70m on mustafi and xhaka didn't show them we are ambitious?

A big signing would risk upsetting the balance.
Think we need a new keeper, Cech is good but has had some disasters for us! Think that Kevin Trapp at psg would be a decent buy, Unai Emery hasn't been playing him and last season was very good!

Spoken like Stan himself.
Would that be Stan Laurel you're talking about? :?

Safely in the top 4

Priority is to re-sign the players we have (which by the way we won't)

About as much chance of signing anyone as there is plaiting fog. Remember "like a new signing" Mertesacker will be back along with Welwide

Wenger is so impressed by Ashley Williams' scoring record, he's tempted to make a bid for him to replace Giroud

Nobody is coming  why would anyone with ambition want to join us with our crackpot in charge?

If ambition is raising yourself above Ligue 1 midtable obscurity or a second rate La Liga club and stealing a living for the next 5 years, then our cup overfloweth mate !

Our old favourite will be rolled out January, like a new signing step forward Danny Welbeck.

If we sign anyone my bet end of January on the back of the African Cup of Nations,Wegner will be on sky transfer deadline day nipping into a newsagent outside the bowl to transfer over some funds to secure a player he has watched while munching his yellow label reduced calorie sandwich.Probably someone spotted at the Gabon v Guinea-Bissau match. :barscarf:

We need a signing like Reyes and Arshavin in the January window. Great short term impact. Draxler would be great.
I also like Adams Traore at boro. Thought was quality at villa until injury took him out for a few months.

There's more chance of anyone of you sprouting a fanny out of your forehead than Wenger signing anyone in this window!

I will let the audience decide which of the transfer rumours on the Telegraph's site might actually come true

1. Sign David Alaba from Bayern Munich
2. Sign Aubameyang for a 'huge fee'
3. Sign goalkeeper Jasper Schendelaar, an u-17 Holland keeper, from AZ Alkmaar

Hmmmm.......

What fucking difference will it make signing Draxler? Is he the bloke who is going to show up in games like that tragic effort on Tuesday night, and stop us playing like a bunch of wet farts at OT, the Britannia and Stamford Bridge? I very much doubt it.

Until he signs a decent keeper to replace the plank, a striker in the Lewandowski mould and a nasty c.unt of a centre half who can be rotated with Mustafi or played in a 3 against big lump teams, then we'll be just wasting money as nobody else will make the slightest difference
