was going to post that myself...Keown must be under instruction from his "football father" to toe the party line.

Damage was done 2nd half of the first leg.....usual story should of had a pen as well under no pressure we turn up in the first half.

Is it just me, but I've watched the Walcott goal again, and I think there's something not quite right there.

Wally gets the ball and there were 5 or 6 Bayern players round him.
He strolled through them all and then Neuer just lets him put it in the net.
Looked like Neuer was just hoping that Walcott gets it on target, as we wasn't going for it.

So Arsenal 1-0, and all's well again.

Wenger can talk about the spirit the team showed.
Bayern are still through, and on to bigger fish.
Sanchez is still off in the summer, but has raised his profile.

Shades of the 2-0 in Bayern in 2013?

Conspiracy? Everyone wins?

The bayern players were not expecting him to be able to get that far and so stood off him, also wallnutt gave the GK the eyes - he looked across the goal as if he was going to pass/cross it, he knew what he was doing - I knowww I knowww - surprising...and then he let fly...so as such a very Good Goal. :?

Yes, good points.

It all depends on whether Bayern can be bothered now. This could be another thrashing.

I can't help it, I want The Arsenal to win.

It's over now anyway. 1-1

Sadly lost touch with USMarty, but I'm very sure he's fine, wherever he is. :dancingbanana: *

*and he was right!
