Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Liverpool with yet another collapse. Really can't see them finishing top four. Deal with the devil paying off yet again. Zzzzzzzzzzzzz...
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Yes this about sums it up in as few a words as possible, if you are not going to protest don't go to games, otherwise you are just supporting the status quo basically.1989 wrote:Arsenal fans are too soft. If this was the mousers they would have thrown out Wenger AND Kroenke by now.
Arsenal are a waste of time to support because we have a power hungry over the hill stubborn manager and an owner who doesn't give a f**k about winning things as long as we make money.
Sad but true, please explain the point in supporting Arsenal anymore? - our mythical 'values', well I think most or all of these went out the window with project Emirates (soon to be Emti-rates).
What exactly do we stand for now? - London's 3rd best team?, most expensive team to watch?, doing things the 'Arsenal way' aka making fans pay to watch s**t failure?, but because we have a £750M ranch buying Walmart billionaire we are better than Chelsea and City, but not Spurs? err actually this is just all bollocks isn't it?!.
Would be funny if it wasn't our club... Revolution NOT evolution time.

I feel sick because I'm watching the Liverpool score and want them to win.VoiceOfReason wrote:I'd be lying if I said I weren't relieved.Babu wrote:Liverpool have turned it around!VoiceOfReason wrote:Liverpool with yet another collapse. The same chavs that are about to win their 5th prem title in 12 seasons and who we are currently 21 pts adrift of, eh? How fucking stupid are these *word censored* that worship TOF?Eastherts wrote:Dunno if you go on the Arsenal Facebook pages (if you have high blood pressure might be best not to), there's the usual "who could do better" and "show some respect " merchants,Bradywasking wrote:Engaged in a Twitter "convrsation" where i pointed out beating the 15th place team meant the 2-10 V Bayern was forgotten.. NB should also add that CL they won basically managerless. I sincerely hope those cretins fuck with TOF whenever he goes.
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
it makes you wonder how far we'd have to slip before they finally realise hes finished?the two things the AKB'S have always clung to through these last 13 years or so is that weve always finished above Spurs and always has champions league football well both are in serious jeapordy, wtf will they make as an excuse next season for keeping him in a job? oh yeah but hes given us 20 years of European football as we make our way into the Europa bollox and its only one season below spurs(cue the next 10 years below them)Blood_Gooner wrote:The same chavs that are about to win their 5th prem title in 12 seasons and who we are currently 21 pts adrift of, eh? Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Considering how long they stuck with Rafa despite his relatively average league record I seriously doubt that. A lot of my Scouse supporting mates have said they'd happily trade places with us over the past 5years. I don't even think they got out of the group stages last time they were in the CL. It's also easier to protest against owners than managers. The problem they had with Hicks and Gillette was a totally different issue to the one we face with wiggy. Le fraud has always done enough to keep the floor above certain level and has avoided the disasters the chavs went through last season or United with Moyes. Of course this may well all change this season.1989 wrote:Arsenal fans are too soft. If this was the mousers they would have thrown out Wenger AND Kroenke by now.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Well, Wenger's been lowering expectations for the last decade, and - judging by his relegation comments in the week - I'm sure he'd be willing to lower them even to that extent if he felt he could get away with it.markyp wrote: it makes you wonder how far we'd have to slip before they finally realise hes finished?
Cue the window lickers lauding his success at keeping us in the PL - be careful what you wish for, after all - and then in the following seasons, "Who better equipped to get us promoted? He's earned the right to try getting us back into the PL, show him some respect! It's not his fault anyway, the players just let him down."
I'm kinda only half-joking.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Top four is a trophy
We havent been the worst English team in the CL
We're not in relegation zone
We won the away games league
We were the best team in the first 45mins
Wenger has redefined what success is.
He makes me so proud.

Just watched the interview with John Bercow or whatever the twats name is, and yep everything I thought he was going to say, he did say.
Absolute bollocks interview all wired up between the club and Arsenal Fan TV. How the f*** would he be able to get on that platform without a link between the club and Robbie? That guy is a money maker and a con man.
The usual bollocks was sprouted be careful what you wish for...I nearly punched my screen when that shit came out of his mouth. FUCK OFF!!!! 10-2 on aggregate yeah be careful what you wish for...fuck off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
13 years not one challenge for the title...cold hard facts that these *word censored* can't come to terms with...boils my piss. Truly does.
He deserves respect...he's holding the fucking club to ransom and he deserves respect? what the fuck is wrong with these people. honestly. DELUDED fucking idiots.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Be careful what you wish for. With any other manager, we could be 20 or 25 points behind Spurs, and not the current 14. 14 points!!!! Im used to Chelsea, City and Man United putting that amount of space between us. But SPURS!!!!
So in addition to butchering the clubs proud defensive traditions, another part of his legacy is allowing Spurs to go past us on his watch.
And dont let Wenger give you any bullshit about it being the 'first time', as Spurs have threatened to finish above us for years now, often trailing by less than 3 points at seasons end, however now the power shift has occurred and we wont be finishing below them by 3 points or less - no, our deficit to Spurs will be 10-15 points.
No point pretending we are still better than Spurs, as that i the type of denial that Wenger engages in.
