watford away thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The one and only time I went to Watford was an all ticket match with me not having a ticket, got delayed on the way, got there and it had already kicked off, no touts, so had to turn about and go home and we lost 2-0.

Oh for the good old days again.

I am going to keep the positive feeling going for this one.

48 days since we conceded a PL goal.... :barscarf: :barscarf:
How many days since we scored a PL goal away from bowl?
280 mins
The last time we went longer was in 05/06
287 mins between Henry's goal at Wigan and Reyes goal at charlton
Got to champions league final that season

To quote ABBA, the history book on the shelf is always repeating itself.........
I’m pretty sure that as Arsenal fans that was a coded message about the tiny tots winning sweet f.a

Chelsea lose, chance to go 4th....will the pressure overwhelm us or will our natural predatory instinct to claim our rightful position kick in.

Can you imagine how smug he will be if we go 4th...it will be celebrated as if we've gone top.

Is there any earthly reason why Arsenal are not wearing red?

I imagine the punchline went along the lines of: "And they even gave me a pay rise."

Will be ok if we win it 1-0

As someone who grew up in the George Graham era I'm quite enjoying this new defensive solidity
