watford away thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I wish I was having a lobotomy rather than watching this pedestrian paced fucking drivel.

YAWN.
Will be ok if we win it 1-0

As someone who grew up in the George Graham era I'm quite enjoying this new defensive solidity
BFG :barscarf:

I'm all for defensive stability but it doesn't have to be at the expense of a bit of zip in their half. It was all a bit meh up until that goal.

my god that was dreary stuff. two average holding midfielders passing it side to side when we've got wilshere and ozil sat on the bench

iwobi still clueless as ever

lacazette is our only spark but he's got no-one of his calibre to work with

oh well, 1-0 is better than i expected so far

I don't understand why some of you keep bringing up the pedestrian pace of our football, it has been like this for years.

Criticise where and when its due but this is the current Arsenal under OGL and as unappetising as it is it is working for the moment against the teams we're playing

We're not getting rid of *word censored* chops anytime soon so I'd rather see us playing shit like this and winning than getting humiliated time and time again :rubchin:

I don't see the point of playing Ozil, if he is going to be sold in January. At least with Sanchez you know he wants out of the club, but Ozil makes out he wants to stay, Send him out on Thursday, to play against Red Star.

Yep. The goals will dry up for months now. Like they do with all Wanker's 'good goalscorer in the French league' signings. We get players like him because nobody decent wants them.

I think he is similar to Giroud. He isn't useless, but he will miss easy chances in games, score some spectacular goals in others, and end up scoring a decent(but not prolific) amount of goals.
