As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
In all seriousness this is a key game in our season. Man City have a tough fixture and after their first defeat of the season last night I can see them dropping points. Its a chance for us to close to the gap to 12 or 13 points
Crucial, must win, pressure game. Luckily we have a manager who was born for competition !!

yes agree that this weekend is crucial in the title race.
we can't afford to be dropping any points at Southampton.

can you seriously see city losing the 5 games (6 with goal difference) required to catch them? I can't.
We may well win this but we'll still finish outside of the top 4.
I reckon we very well could finish in that top 4 tbh. We could end up anywhere between 6th and 3rd. But even if we did reach 3rd you can bet your house that we will be about 20 points or more off the champions.

Not at all mate . Well maybe City will drop 15-16 points with a few draws and a couple of defeats before the end of the season but there is no way we’re winning all our games.
I was really just sending up the Arsenal fans who still like to attach words like ‘crucial’ or ‘vital’ to our league games when the sad truth is the word ‘meaningless’ is more suitable
