As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Then my pet hate the rugbyesque half 'n' half scarves followed by stuffing your face with burgers or pizza slices at a game and buying official merchandise at the club superstore because it makes you a superfan.
Followed by being offended by bad language.
So are we actually allowed to go to the game or is that entering superfan status?
Maybe it is better to watch it down the pub, no colours and swearing like a trooper..
Or perhaps even watching the game on TV makes you a superfan??
Apart from the half and half, that is some real elitist crap.
Nick you know that is not what I mean , food at games is something that we all do or have done, it's the ones who go in and out consistently that I am talking about, the ones there for the day out..Merchandise from the Superstore is something we all have done I'm.sure at some point, but there are people who support various clubs that believe that spending a fortune on official merchandise makes them better fans. We all have slated Ty on here and elsewhere for being a walking catalogue for Official Arsenal merchandise. Going to games, wish I could afford to go to more of them now...Swearing at games.. if swearing offends people then maybe football is not the place to go to...I have no time for racist or homophobic chants etc but bad language at football is a fact of life and isn't always the way we would behave outside a stadium.
Certainly wouldn't consider my views elitist.

I came across this article on twitter and a few fans have got in touch with the club to get something done about it
There was talk of a crowd funding but i think it will be more interesting to see how quickly modern Arsenal gets it sorted
Only had time to read the headline. My condolences to Arsene Wenger's family and friends
This is from the Coventry telegraph
Bosses at a major football club have confirmed that plans are underway to pay tribute to their founder, who was buried in an unmarked grave in Coventry.
A club spokesperson has confirmed that "discussions are underway", with club bosses eager to honour David, who formed the team along with his Royal Arsenal munitions factory colleagues in 1886.
The club are set to hold a meeting, either this week, or early next week, to discuss how best to celebrate David.
It comes after calls from fans and supporters groups on social media earlier this week.
