As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Not sure about Ramsey but I'm assuming Ozil has been frozen out, yet there's room for Iwobi and Willock (that's another £350k down the drain this week without contributing on the pitch ). We used to be such a stable, respectable club yet the constant soap operas at Arsenal in recent years are so disappointing to see.

Do you remember how Wenker and Ivan used to tell us how clubs around the world were so impressed with our self sustainable business model and how we were the epitome of how a club should be run

Certainly do mate, things that has put this great club behind would for me be the famed 'socialist' wage bill so you overpay average and underpay the top players we had.
With our turnover and wage bill we should be far more competitive than we are.
Well 2 up at HT and against a relegated team that have left a few challenges in,the home game in December was also similar.
Alex Iwobi has revealed he is working closely with a performance analyst in a bid to improve his erratic end product.
You don't need any kind of analyst to tell him that he's shite. We can see that clearly every time he steps on the pitch!
But if I were the "performance analyst" I'd continue to take the useless cu nts money, the geezer is stealing a living,is he still getting games for African shirt sales?
It’s a real slog at the moment no matter the opposition. We’re getting the three points against the shit sides so that’s the positive but today just like against Cardiff we were fucking dire and again had less attempts than they did. That should no be happening against relegation fodder.
I just have no faith in us producing any kind of a half decent performance against anyone at the moment.....still a wins a win.
Slightly worrying that the Mancs Scum seem to be winning better than us currently but that's the way it is and we have to accept it, hopefully Chavski can screw it up tomorrow to keep the 4th place dream tickiing over
I only watched the 2nd half, but it was dreadful, could hardly put 3 passes together. Huddersfield were the far more dangerous team
Could have scored a couple of times on the break but it fell to Iwobi - Lacazette’s body language was telling
Thought Suarez looks composed on the ball and has two feet which he can pass with, looking forward to seeing him play and linking with Aubameyang and Lacazette ( and Iwobi being dropped)

As I said already the only positive at the moment is that we’re winning games somehow (city was a write off) because the performances have been absolutely fucking putrid.
2nd best at home to Cardiff a few weeks back and again today at relegation certainties Huddersfield. Carved open time and time again by a team that had lost 10 and drawn 1of their last 11 games and hadn’t scored a goal in over 10 hours yet me make the look like the Harlem fucking Globetrotters
The football is dire, we have no identity, we’re regressing at an alarming rate and we’re still having to fucking pretend that Ozil is sick again - what an embarrassment on the club
You just get the feeling that we will get swatted aside in any game against a decent side and the rest of the time against the dross will be a total slog fest that we will have to try and get the win paying ugly football.
This constant Iwobi bashing is getting pathetic. Yes he had a poor second half but he got the first goal today and gave a superb scything long pass to Mikhitaryan to almost create the second. Hes made a few Ozil-like defense splitting assists lately and deserves a bit more credit. He has blistering pace in an otherwise mostly pedestrian midfield (apart from Guendozi) and is not afraid to dribble and weave, taking defenders on. Thats why UE clearly rates him. He just needs more composure near the goal. I'm yet to see toe poke Aubameyang dribble past anyone.
