Pompey are doing quite well at present which doesn't bode well for us and Mike Dean as the ref could be a bit dodgy.
Still, I'd like to think we could win this one but you never know.

This is disgraceful. Why not just toss a coin to see who wins so teams don't have to bother playing at all? Playing the game they're all paid millions to play seems to be a bit of a chore for them all these days.Topside Northbank wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 10:25 amOnly the 3rd and 4th rounds have replays 5th round onwards extra time and pens,so it will be decided on the night could be another Bradford type game going all the way to pens
And this 5th round has also become a midweek round I notice. What has been allowed to happen to this competition over the years is one of the biggest scandals in sport but because the media and TV are a big part of the problem we will not hear too much about this.
They'll just slowly kill the FA cup but at the same time continue to bombard us with cliches and platitudes about the romance and history of it

Looking forward to this game
3-0 to the gunners
When we played there in 2009 I was standing behind the goal when Arsenal were warming up and our Danish super striker was taking shots at Fabianski and obviously he missed the target and the ball was heading straight for me so rather than catch it instinct got the better of me which resulted in a cushioned header back over the goal and straight in to Fabianski hands
I got a warm round of applause from those around me and the players who had seen it
Apart from scoring in the clockend goal after running on the pitch as a kid v Leeds in the 70s it was my finest touch for the Arsenal
The only downside was that I watched a game with 44 players on the pitch

He hasn’t even had a run out with the under 23s yet so don’t think there was any chance he’d be involved tonight.LeftfootlegendGooner wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 6:57 pmI thought Tierney was available or have I missed his namemcdowell42 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 6:48 pmArsenal XI: Martinez; Sokratis, Luiz, Mari, Saka; Guendouzi, Torreira; Nelson, Willock, Martinelli; Nketiah

An insight to the line up for the first game of the 2020/21 season if we don't make CL or even Europa League.mcdowell42 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 6:48 pmArsenal XI: Martinez; Sokratis, Luiz, Mari, Saka; Guendouzi, Torreira; Nelson, Willock, Martinelli; Nketiah

Tierney is not ready yet by all accounts.
