At the time they admitted there would be more penalties this season due to the new handball rule.

And yet, no manager moans about it until it works against them.

These "new" handball rules were actually brought in 2 or 3 years ago by fifa and the english leagues were the only one's not applying them - this season uefa and collina (referee's supremo) warned the fa that the same rules must be applied in all leagues or there would be sanctions
