Today 11th December in 1886 the Arsenal played their first game as Dial Square.

Wenger claims he worked with his own bare hands eight days a week to build that armaments factory and rolled Plumstead Common with a rolling pin to get the first game on. Also, could have signed Yaya Toure's neighbour's postman's great-great, grandfather that season but didn't think he was super, super quality.

Wait a minute!
You're telling me that Arsenal played football before 12th October 1996?

From what I've read, the price was two shillings to get him but Wanker spent six months haggling over it and only offered a ha'penny and the deal fell through. He then signed a 50 year bloke from Sweden who had a broken back, one leg, cholera and shell-shock from the Crimean War.DB10GOONER wrote: ↑Fri Dec 11, 2020 9:34 amDidn't he also have a constant leetle beet neegle too though....?Perryashburtongroves wrote: ↑Fri Dec 11, 2020 9:30 amWenger claims he worked with his own bare hands eight days a week to build that armaments factory and rolled Plumstead Common with a rolling pin to get the first game on.
