Welcome Martin (Freddy Adu) Odegaard
Hopefully you keep Willian out of the team for 6 months.

Can't get too excited over a 6 month loan but hopefully he'll improve the team
Re: Welcome Martin (Freddy Adu) Odegaard
The Freddy Adu comparison is harsh! By all accounts he is a bit special. And we all hope he plays whenever possible instead of Bog Brush or Peepee! Welcome to the club, even if it is only till the end of the season.
Re: Welcome Martin (Freddy Adu) Odegaard
Don’t know much about him but hope he does well for us and adds some strength in depth in the attacking areas.

One step closer to the club's long-held dream of fielding an entire starting XI of on-loan midfielders.

Know absolutely nothing about the guy but good luck to him, when I googled him it came up with a lpool site and write up about him, basically it said although they are not looking to sign anyone this jan they should take this opportunity to watch this lad play for Arsenal to see if he adapts to it.
Then if he does look good they can then put in an offer for him, apparently they have coveted him for some time.

Typical self-indulgent, self-centred bindipper logic.LeftfootlegendGooner wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 5:38 pmKnow absolutely nothing about the guy but good luck to him, when I googled him it came up with a lpool site and write up about him, basically it said although they are not looking to sign anyone this jan they should take this opportunity to watch this lad play for Arsenal to see if he adapts to it.

Ah well that doesnt really mean much, the Scousers tend to covet everything, hubcaps, car radios etc etcLeftfootlegendGooner wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 5:38 pmKnow absolutely nothing about the guy but good luck to him, when I googled him it came up with a lpool site and write up about him, basically it said although they are not looking to sign anyone this jan they should take this opportunity to watch this lad play for Arsenal to see if he adapts to it.

If only Xhaka and Elneny were only On Loan, we could fuckk them off.

Re: Welcome Martin (Freddy Adu) Odegaard
If he does nothing else in his six months but push Huff n Puff one slot further down the pecking order then his time with us will have been a roaring success.
Re: Welcome Martin (Freddy Adu) Odegaard
Hopefully he'll be another loan legend like Kallstrom, Denis Suarez or Ceballos
Re: Welcome Martin (Freddy Adu) Odegaard
Done a bit of research on his previous loan spells and he seems a genuine quality player. Player of the year at Heereven in his loan there, and at Real sociedad. If he settles quickly another year on loan will be good, as I can't see Real Madrid selling him if he turns out as good as he has played at his previous loan clubs.
Re: Welcome Martin (Freddy Adu) Odegaard
Everything looks right about him but my fear with these six month loans is that they only seem to be getting used to the English game, before the deal is up.......so another 12 months might be the way to go. Having said that Ceballos looks every bit as awful now as he did last season so counters that argument!Nos89 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 02, 2021 12:16 amDone a bit of research on his previous loan spells and he seems a genuine quality player.
