KROENKE OUT / The Board / Staff etc (merged thread)

As reported yesterday, Arsenal have appointed Tony Strudwick as Head of Academy Performance and Terry Mason as Head of Academy Goalkeeping.

Further additions to academy coaching staff will be made this summer with a football analyst among the positions being recruited. #AFC
Great. A fucking statscunt.

AST end of season members' meeting underway. Starting with a finance update. Arsenal revenue falling for four years in a row now - £424m in 16/17, then £403m, then £396m, then £295m estimated for 20/21 as pandemic bites

Arsenal looking at cumulative losses of circa £250m over last three seasons. 'Stadium debt and other structural debt' has increased from £175m to £350m. Total debt including player monies owed and Barclays approaching £500m

Arsenal have provided no details on the costs of this debt or the terms for its servicing. Arsenal's wage bill still over £200m and fifth highest in PL. Fines imminent from UEFA and PL for Super league disgrace. Very challenging summer ahead

No no Stu. The clowns on here keep telling me Kroenke is in for the long haul and the losses are meaningless to big Stan... If only I had their financial acumen.

We are royally f*cked if KSE stick around, though you have to ask the question, with those figures, why?.

Unless they are going to invest their own money in order to push us back into the top 4 what exactly is their plan for making us a profitable (forget successful  ) football club?.

Just f*ck the f*ck off already you tedious, dull, parasites!.

The very reliable @Tanziloic of RMC reports that #AFC are among the teams that are in discussions with highly regarded sporting director Luis Campos. Interesting to see what this means for Edu. The fact that we are looking for someone new surely can’t be good news for him.

The modern football definition of "very reliable" is throw 300 pieces of shit at a wall, if one piece sticks, they are very reliable.

But also hopefully it means Edu getting fucked out the door. :censored:

If, and it's a big if this were to happen what would be the point doing it now, surely it should have been done to ensure he is in place for the whole summer transfer window. If it happens and dependent on the specific role it smacks of KSE being late to the party as usual

Can't see this happening, KSE are convinced Edu and Arteta are the answer, just like the silly pricks were convinced Wenger could turn it around despite every man and his dog seeing what was obvious.

These pricks get taken for a ride by muppets like Gazidis and Raul who spin them a good yarn, just shows you don't really have to be that smart to have a fortune, depressing stuff really.

Like I said we are f*cked if KSE stick around, been saying it since these parasites first got their claws into the club, makes me laugh how they think that they are doing a good deed by taking out another loan against the £120M covid loan, when they are the silly c*nts who caused this mess, not so much covid - they allowed poor DoF's and managers to waste money and then get us consigned to also rans, that has cost a lot more than £120M!, this happened as a result of their lack of interest and lack of knowledge of European football.

If they genuinely don't want to sell the club then they are even more stupid than I thought!, they are going to have to slash our wage bill right down to align us with the midtable clubs to even turn a small profit the way things are going.

Just sell up ffs!!!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I thought Ek was 'genuinely' interested in buying the club? Barely a peep since the initial bid, surely if you were that set on it you would causing some media furore :rubchin:

It's not about football , it's about property .
The Kroenke's are all about real estate and The Arsenal is a prime location in Central London .
It's an asset that outweighs any small losses the club might make.
They have just built a major development in Los Angeles with a stadium and a large retail shopping park ,
I would not be surprised if quietly they are buying property around Finsbury/ Clissold Park areas for future development.
