Good observation. Look at the top leagues in major European footballing countries and they are all controlled now by one or, at most, two excessively wealthy clubs who pick off any player they want domestically or worldwide. Man City/ Chavs in England, PSG in France, Juventus in Italy, Bayern in Germany, those two corrupt cûnts in Spain, Ajax in the Netherlands to a certain extent. There is absolutely no way teams can compete and probably really won't. The moment one is threatened, they go mad and outspend every domestic rival and the gap gets wider.

This will never happen. The failed ESL has been talked about for 40 years, look what happened when they tried that. I'm sure if we were owed by a country that has unlimited resources we'd be living it up too.
