Auba apparently out-of this game tonight, hasn't trained in the last couple of days .
Oh no, how will we cope?! we’ll really miss his goals and creativity from the left wing

I guess Saka will have to play there now :barscarf:

I too am going for a 1-1 draw with the swiss turd to grab our goal and cement his status as the returning hero to those that applauded him in our recent friendly

I trained with brentford for a week back in the early 90s and I have always had a soft spot for them since - delighted to see them promoted after a few bridesmaid seasons 8)

To be honest that's an absolute blessing. He has complete dog shit in pre season and looks like he couldn't give a fuck. Plenty of wide options

My lad just read out a tweet from David Ormstein that both Lacazette and Aubameyang are out tonight!

🚨 Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang + fellow striker Alexandre Lacazette are both unwell & therefore will not be available for their side’s opening game of the new Premier League season at Brentford tonight @TheAthleticUK #AFC #BrentfordFC #BREARS https://t.co/RFFL2fWNPH

Fucking about all summer living the high life, playing online video games 24/7 and now gone down sick for the very first game of the season.

I thought we'd fucking farmed that sort of bullshit out to Fenerbache

Ok well It’s a slightly bigger problem if we’re also without Lacazette :rubchin: … even nketiah is injured, Martinelli just back from olympics and Balagun has never started a league game….

…. Willian as a false 9 it is then :(

Brentford's new stadium becomes the 60th to host a PL fixture

We've won at 53 of the other 59 but can you name the 6 where we haven't?

Good quiz question but I’ve no idea.

New scum stadium and a few one season wonders? e.g. Blackpool

:coffeespit: sad thing is, he will say that.

We will be 1-0 down, 15 left to play and he will bring on Kolasinac instead of Gabi.

I’m building up to the game with all day drinking at Lords :D

By the time we kick off I will have probably convinced myself that Willian will be able to score the winner

Seriously it has to be Martinelli starting tonight - if not then he might as well give up.

As optimistic as I have been any points we get in the next month will come tonight - I have already written off next 2 league games
