Modern Football Bol**cks

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Not exactly modern football but…….
I found this in the loft in my box of old shit, not sure what year it would have been, maybe 86?484A3992-4BC3-4703-85AC-82F41F07200F.jpeg

(Sorry for the double photos, didn’t have a clue what I was doing and cannot delete the double Dundee United one)
I’ve still got my Yellow Arsenal with Blue Rangers hat but it’s been so long since I’ve posted a picture on here Ive forgotten how to :-P

Don’t recall seeing too many in Dundee Utd colours…..you obviously liked to be different
I don’t even know how or why I ended up with Dundee United, probably all they had left behind the north bank where I bought it,before them little stalls were all closed down,it must have clashed terribly with my Barnet :-P

My great-uncle John Mulholland was on their books between 1919 and 1922. Played 28 games.

Never , as long as it appeals to the Guardian's left wing university audience they will push it as hard as they can.

Similarly the Oirish Lezzerball team beat someone 11 nil ffs. And yet your average Under 16 schoolboy team here would beat them 7 or 8 nil. Complete nonsense of a sport. But hey let's give them "equality" and pay them the same as the men because they are entitled to that apparently, and if you don't agree then you are a big old dirty white sexist racist rapist bastard.

There's a clip of goal kick the Latvian keeper takes and weakly shanks sideways doing the rounds. In a way I'm disjointed i 'watch it for the comedy value and to here the commentators try to justify it all. (oh and Alex Greenwood)

Crowd of just over 10,000 despite incredibly cheap tickets, under 16s being just £2.50
