Watched highlights this morning, absolute stonewall penalty and should have been red card, even the ex Chelsea pundit said it was 100 per cent penalty.
Carlton Cole and di matteo also said it was a pen and he should have been given a red
Who the fuck thought it wasn't

Elneny should start next to Xhaka if Partey doesn't make a return. ASL looks like he a player promoted from the under 23's a season too soon. Nketiah is a better player than Lacazette and should start plus he would have some confidence after that brace.
Cedric has really soured in the past couple of weeks. Tavares can be decent when he is given protection. Really hope Tomiyasu gets back as I dont think Cedric can keep his place in the team. You cant have both Tavares and Cedric as the wingbacks, and to be honest I prefer Tavares. If Tomiyasu isnt fit White needs to continue at RB.

Also that ankle snapping foul by azperlacunto on Cedric... They showed it at full speed then slow mo and how the fuck he didn't wreck his ankle is a miracle especially as it was on his standing leg... what piece of filth that chavcunto is.LeftfootlegendGooner wrote: ↑Thu Apr 21, 2022 8:55 amWatched highlights this morning, absolute stonewall penalty and should have been red card, even the ex Chelsea pundit said it was 100 per cent penalty.

Apparently he was arguing with his own fans after the game.... they deserve each other.

Much as Elneny is not at the level we need I'd much prefer him and Partey in the middle over any of the other options and I'd play him ahead of Xhaka any day of the week.
I know it's a case of the best of a bad bunch but at least he seems to give a shit when he is on the pitch although I have to admit his pointing leaves a lot to be desired

Absolutely 100% on the money Muzz. The key priority has to be to get fucking rid of Clive.GoonerMuzz wrote: ↑Thu Apr 21, 2022 10:54 amMuch as Elneny is not at the level we need I'd much prefer him and Partey in the middle over any of the other options and I'd play him ahead of Xhaka any day of the week.

still a good result, but typical isnt it we bottle the 3 easy games and win this, watch us beat united and west ham then blow the NLD after getting our hopes up again. Likewise Elneny has to start ahead of Lokonga, very limited and not what we need for the future but our best option at moment.
Just shows what starting ESR does, he should be first name on team sheet imo, different class. Also concerns on Ramsdale as Rob has. Revelation first half of season iffy 2nd. Hope its just a blip!
Come on you cu.nts lets get 4th ahead of the scum
That is such a silly and incorrect thing to say. un-friggin-believable .
I know 3 guys who go to ALL games and they care as much as any of us on here (one of them is Teetotal), that is such a dumb thing to say.
Would they have been singing in praise of pep's cone boy after the game ? Massive win cos I absolutely detest those c.unts, but I'm not oblivious to the shite manager he is, and I aint singing his name regardless of who we beat in a one off game
They are only too aware that xhaka is shyte and that Arteta isn't the man for the job, BUT they go week in week out pay their hard earned cash - which of course is their choice - But being life long Arsenal fans they continue to support the team...through thick and thin.
So when someone makes an asinine statement that I know not to be true in their case I say so, especially as I know the trouble they go to to attend games and the disappointment and pain they feel when we lose just like us, and just like most of us all they want is for Arsenal to succeed.
And having paid their money I guess it is their choice what songs they decide to sing, though as I say I know they are not fans of Arteta.
But hey! Let's just tar everyone with the same brush is it
That to me is a cop out - if you want pep's water boy gone as manager, then last night you sing songs about the club or songs about some players, but you dont sing about a man you want gone. Can you see AFC fans singing songs paying tribute to xhaka ? I dunno if there is enough cocaine in the world to make that happen, but yet we are meant to believe that there are fans singing arteta's praises but still want him out ? I would have more respect for a fan singing for arteta if he said that he still believes in the gormless c.unt, but if you dont believe in him then why would you sing songs for him unless you are pissed or coked up ?
I dont know if away fans are on the powder or piss at these games, but I do know that the french cock would still be manager now if the fans hadnt turned against him, so public gestures of support for pep's cone boy last night grates on me - yes they earn the right to sing what they want, but for me anti legohead fans dont sing for him unless there is some foreign substance influencing them
Re: Chav cockholes A Weds 20th Apr KO 745PM
and with Partey out, he absolutely has to start ahead of Lokonga (who just isn't anywhere near ready for a top 4 PL run in playing competitive matches). Young Sambi is exactly the type of player who would benefit from a season in the EuropaGoonerMuzz wrote: ↑Thu Apr 21, 2022 10:54 amMuch as Elneny is not at the level we need I'd much prefer him and Partey in the middle over any of the other options and I'd play him ahead of Xhaka any day of the week.

It's not a 'Cop out' There plenty on here who haven't been to a game in ages... even allowing for The Pandemic Restrictions, yet they think they have the right to criticise those who attend games regularly (in some cases as stated) every game, so that indeed gives them the right to sing what they want or not sing; entirely their choice as they've paid their money and get to choose.
I agree about the Wenger thing - I went to 3 of the protest marches and they played a part to an extent to his demise. I can remember being at an away game with Frank and the Arsenal Fans started singing "there's only one AW etc" and we just looked at each other as if to say WTF are they doing???? Especially as this was at the height of his utter delusional dictatorship period.
Also it is difficult to tell just what % of the fans were singing a song about Carpet Head last night...Silence is easy to drown out rather than the other way round.
As to drinking and drugs I dunno - It goes on in every fandom; particularly the younger fans, it's part of socialising and culture now far more than it used to be (I think?) and whilst the latter isn't ideal it might be better than fighting and hooliganism... mind you that still happens (they just keep the tear ups quiet).
Your opinion about what they should or not sing is irrelevant, why? Because you don't get off your arris and go to games. If you did then you could raise your objections and opinions in person with those singing the songs you so strongly object to
None of us are happy with the situation we find our team and club in, but unless we start protesting again and gaining momentum via the media and other outlets I don't see anything happening, also there would have to be other contributing factors as in a noticeable decrease in attendance to home games, a serious increase of very vocal criticism by pundits, ex-players and fans alike in social and general media. And we all know how reluctant ex-players were to criticise TOF. Whether carpet head would receive the same loyalty I don't think so, But ex-players rarely go against the grain.
One of things that HAD to change was the Gravy Train culture at the club and it would appear that he has changed that.
If we get 4th great! If we don't then maybe the negativity towards Carpet Head will increase ...But for now we are stuck with him. (and Clive)

Buddy I think that you didnt follow what I was saying in my last post - I said that if fans still believe in pep's cone boy then I support their right to sing his name so I am not judging those fans. What I am also questioning is how fans who want arteta out would sing his name UNLESS they were boozed or coked up, and that was my only contribution to the are the away fans are on the charlie debate. Like I said earlier, I havent criticised any fans who sing for what they believe in

Can anyone tell me how that chav c.unt wasn’t sent off? Last man, no attempt to play the ball and hauls Saka down. That’s a fucking stone wall red, fat boy Moss was horrendous last night as per.
I keep going back to the side show red against Wolves where their player’s studs brushed his knee and he was sent off for making no attempt to play the ball.
Added to the two shocking tackles Moss let go it was another piss poor display by the officials against us.

Fair Enough.
That's the trouble with the Written Word it is so open to mis-interpretation.
We ALL want Arsenal to be successful, I think Arteta can win the FA Cup (again) or the League Cup, and maybe, MAYBE get us 4th (next season) but he is most definitely neither good or experienced enough to go beyond that.
I was surprised when the away fans started singing the 'arteta song at Villa (I think that was the first time?) as I assumed; perhaps wrongly, that the majority want him Gone. But Hey! WTF do I know.
