Can’t see us buying in a replacement striker but I guess it all depends on how long they think Jesus will be out for . If it is long term (more than 2/3 months from now ) then they need to spend as top 4 has to be a must after this start .
With just Eddie we won’t win anything and will struggle with top 4
If we get Mudryk and I think we will , thats more firepower and Gabi can go up front as well , we may adapt to a new system while Jesus is out . As DB said this is where Arteta may or may not prove his worth. Like for like isn't always the best andwer especially if we can only attract another second rate forward.
I know YT compilation clips can be mis-leading, but from what I've seen of Mudryk - He IS fuckin' Mustard!

In Meccano terms he would be called the box - delux, which apparently got transposed into dogs bollocks, while Eddie would be classified as box - stanadard and became bog standard.

He really does , would be a big koo if we pull this off and get Sakiba, Saka and Gabi signed up , thats a great January window , get in a midfielder as well and future is really bright.

Mudryk appears to be a great player. 'l'd love to sign him.
Just wonder if we're even interested let alone contacted him.

Apparently we will be ‘active’ in the January transfer window following Jesus’ injury:

Guess we’ll wait and see!

Charlie Patino’s contract clause has now officially been triggered. Deal was due to expire in the summer, but now extended until 2025, but not on fresh terms. Talks will now have to take place over new and improved long-term deal amid widespread interest from elsewhere.

Very good player at a young age - will follow his progression with much interest .
