There's a whole roster of ex-professional players who are looking to still be involved in Football, which although they are no longer young enough and so able to be playing, who would relish the opportunity to Officiate, the wage/s per prem game is something like £2k+ for refs and £1.5k for Lino's and 4th Officials.

These Ex-players will have first hand experience of how the game is actually played; the dark arts, the hidden tricks etc etc

So why not employ them???

I fully expect Lee Mason (born in Manchester remember) who has now fucked us twice this season on VAR, to get left out of officiating this weekend as 'punishment' and they'll announce additional training for him. A big fuck off to Arsenal, who could lose the title due to his CONTINUED ineptitude.

If I go to the dentist with my tooth killing me I expect him to take the fucker out, not have a look around, decide it looks ok and leave it!! C.unt of the highest order. I think what should happen is the ref and VAR official should have to do a press conference 30 mins after the game to explain any major incident and why it was handled in the way it was. They need to be accountable FFS not hide behind an organisation who just says 'Ooopppps, sorry, never mind'
