Didn't do enough to win it over 2 legs.

Over to the league
We did. We should have been out of sight in the first leg but gifted it them. We should be wiping the floor with them tbh but seem to shit the bed in Europe.

Don't care about the result care about the pointlessness of it and the arm it could do to the league. Pray saliba is fine and we beat place as there shit.
Got what we deserved. We were shit in both legs. Shitter tonight than the first leg though.

Tbh, he shouldn't have been beaten from the half way line.
They obviously did their homework on our defence and what it's shape is when the ball is in their half...

Had one of ours scored that - we would have been calling him a genius. :?

To be honest, we would have lost to Utd eventually and I'd rather not do that. Fingers crossed the injuries are slight and we can use this to galvanise us for the league

We are MILES better than manure - why do you assume we would lose to them ? Take rashford out and they dont score, They have rashford and casemiro and 8 average outfield players, and man for man we are miles better than they are

We don’t have the squad depth to fight on 2 fronts, that’s become abundantly clear after these two legs.

We’ll rack up more points in the league now than we would have if we had 2 legged quarter and semi finals to navigate. Whether that will be enough to get us over the line fuck knows but this result tonight gives us the absolute best chance of wining the league.

A tough draw for city now tomorrow please, either Bayern or Real.

Proves we only really have a first choice squad of 12 or 13 at a push. Yes, Vieira is poor and needs to learn so much if he’s gonna play for the long term, but I wouldn’t write him off just yet. Replacement centre backs just ain’t good enough and no back up keeper.
But let’s not get too down. 11 games to go and we can win the league. Stay positive fellas!

The Three Most Shittest Arsenal players were involved in the first leg and set the pattern: Vieira, Turner and Kiwior. (Don't know if he's really shit but he just looked out of his depth)

Before anyone starts, this is not a snide dig at Ramsdale, but when was the last time we had a keeper that saved penalties? Can't remember Leno ever saving one. For years now, a penalty for the opposition is a certain fucking goal. I knew their bloke had at least one save in him and knew we'd fucking lose.
Yes it's fvcking annoying isn't it.
Cech was useless as well.

I know hindsight is a wonderful thing etc, but I would have preferred we went out in the normal 90minutes.

Defeat always tastes more bitter when you've put in that extra-mile etc. :?
It really is the worst scenario apart from carrying on as we have to weigh the extra 2 games we get off vs the impact defeat will have mentally. Hopefully the latter is nil and the former helps in the end...so long as big willy is ok as holding is gash.

Would be nice to win another euro trophy as we are at least 3 light of what we should have imo. But bigger fish to fry at mo.

Oh well. Put it away and move on. Poor over two legs and really, when it comes down to it, would we really want to go through all this nonsense three or four more in the next few weeks?
Possibly 5 more games

Was thinking the same thing GT.

Just hope this doesn't cost us the game against Palace, because it's the Interlude after that...

Chesny against Liverpool, got up off the deck and saved the follow up as well. That was the last time, must be 6 or 7 years ago. Leno, I don't think ever and as for Helmet head..............

To be fair to Turner he looked decent for America in the World Cup,maybe having the Pole look sketchy in front of him threw him,but I can’t defend viera tonight,Arteta should never have started him
