bring him in *not an arshavin thread*

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Just like Ade, he's just another puppet on a string...letting his agent do all the talking, and making crazy wage demands of clubs he should be crawling over broken glass to play for :roll:

Then again, we shouldn't be too critical of him...like Ade, he's only planning for his retirement :banghead:

I think Arshavin himself has realised now that many clubs may well have already forgotten about him because:

a.) He's 27 years old.

b.) He's only really been performing on the world stage for a short time. (And to a degree is unproven. )

c.) The demands of Zenit for a player with the above characteristics are well beyond reason.


He and his agent will hype Arshavin up as much as possible, with continual reference to his 'superb' Euro 2008.
